COLORIX is 100% offline. We do not store any of your data on our servers. There is nothing to delete on our end.
To remove all locally stored colors and palettes:
Open your device Settings
Go to Apps → COLORIX
Tap "Storage" → "Clear Data"
Or simply uninstall the app
